Six Check-ins to Support Your Journey
Weekly; 45 minutes each
Participants meet weekly in small groups to participate in 45-minute Accountability Team Meetings that support their promises. With multiple available meetings every week, choose the times that work best for your schedule.
Each week, participants…
- Provide updates on the status of their weekly promises
- Commit to and document a new promise for the week
- Share ideas, best practices and perspectives that may benefit others
- Motivate and support each other on the journey toward improved mental wellness
Each group will be led by a because I said I would staff moderator who will use our accountability best practices to ask questions, facilitate discussion and keep your group on task.
