Participants in our program are placed into small groups to participate in 45-minute weekly Accountability Team Meetings that support the promises you decide to make. Each week, participants…
- Provide updates on the status of their past weekly promise/goal
- Commit and document a new promise/goal for the week
- Share ideas, best practices and perspectives that may benefit others
- Motivate each other in a manner that hopefully leads to better mental health
Each group will be led by a because I said I would staff moderator who will use our accountability best practices to ask questions, facilitate discussion and keep your group on task.
