I had the opportunity to speak with a group of young leaders in Central Ohio this week. Through prevention education, leadership development, civic engagement and community service, the Youth Leadership Council of Licking County strives to educate and inform parents, professionals and their peers on the dangers of substance use/abuse and violence.
